Product performance
1. Temperature Ambient temperature: -55℃～+70℃.
2. Humidity and heat have adaptability under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
High temperature and high humidity section: temperature 60℃, relative humidity 95%. Low temperature and high humidity section: temperature 30℃, relative humidity 95%.
Environmental tests are carried out in accordance with the requirements and methods of GB/T24001-2016.
3. Vibration The vibration environment consists of broadband random vibration superimposed with narrowband spikes.
Spectrum type: broadband + narrowband. Frequency bandwidth: 15Hz～2000Hz. Broadband spectral density: 0.01g2/Hz. Narrowband spectral density: L1=0.3g2/Hz,
L2, L3, L4 are reduced by 6db/oct. F1=107.5Hz, F2=2F1, F3=3F1, F4=4F1.
Peak bandwidth: The vibration bandwidth corresponding to the F1~F4 frequency is ±5% around each frequency. Test axis: The test axis is three axis. Test time: 1h for each axis.
4. Impact half sine wave 15g, 11ms, 3 times in 6 directions of three axes, a total of 18 times. According to GB/T24001-2016 requirements.
5. Acceleration forward 1.5g, backward 4.5g, upward 6.75g, downward 2.25g, left 3.0g, right 3.0g. The front is the heading direction, and the front direction of the frame is perpendicular to the heading.
6. Mold meets the GB/T24001-2016 standard, the level is level 1, and the test period is 28 days.
7. Salt spray environmental test shall be carried out for 96 hours in accordance with the requirements and methods of GB/T24001-2016.
