19 Inch Liquid Cooled Frame-II
This type of rack is a high-performance liquid cooling reinforcement system platform (including thermal design under high and low temperatures, three-level shock absorption design technology, and electromagnetic compatibility design technology under harsh electromagnetic environments). The internal flow channel is welded by brazing. The side wall of the rack is designed with a series of liquid channels, and the heat conducted from the internal module to the chassis wall is taken out of the rack through the circulation of liquid. The liquid cooling rack is equipped with a liquid connector on the side, which is simple to maintain, safe and reliable.
Technical features
1. Material: The liquid cooling frame material is 6061/6063, and the copper tube flow channel material is TP2.
2. Supply scope: Chassis structure, flow channel, external dimensions, internal layout, surface treatment, etc. can be customized.
3. Cooling medium: 65# antifreeze.
4. Welding quality: Meet the requirements of Class I welds.
5. Pressure resistance: Inflating pressure 1.8MPa, pressure maintenance 0.5h. No leakage, no plastic deformation.
6. Flow channel cleanliness: The cleanliness of the liquid after the flow channel cleaning must meet the requirements of GB/T24001-2016.
7. Excess: There is no excess larger than 100μm in the flow channel.
8. Pressure cycle: The number of cycles is 2500. Cycle according to 0MPa (gauge pressure, the same below) → 1.6MPa → 0MPa. The cycle rate is greater than or equal to 40 times/min.
9. The flow channel height and wall thickness meet ±0.15mm.
10. Coating color difference: According to GB/T9761-2008 "Visual color comparison of paint and varnish paint" and compared with the standard sample, the color difference ΔE≤2.
11. Coating adhesion: Tested according to the method specified in GB/T9286-1998 "Scratch test of paint and varnish film", meeting the requirements of Class I.
