The air-cooled chassis is sturdy, highly stable, and highly reliable. It can be used in ground stations, vehicles and other electronic equipment. The front panel is equipped with power input, DC output and fan status indicator lights to monitor the system status in real time. The chassis adopts a front card design, the panel adopts a shielding design, and the hinge is opened for easy use by users.
Chassis composition:
The chassis is made of upper cold plate, lower cold plate, and side panels welded by vacuum brazing. The air duct cover, front and rear panels, ears, reinforcement frame, front inner panel and other components are locked with screws.
Material and surface treatment:
The chassis body is made of 6 series aluminum alloy, and the surface treatment is color conductive oxidation and then sprayed/painted. The color can be customized according to customer requirements.

Fans, hinges, guide pins, handles, rubber strips, light guides, mounting blocks, wire racks, rubber pads, etc.
Customization:
The front and rear panels, handles, mounting blocks, ears, fans, and air-cooled module power supplies of the chassis are optional and customized.
